I actually made this cake a week ago, I’ve just been really lazy about uploading pictures.

In hindsight, this would look better if the cake board was something other than white.  Anyway, the big lesson with this cake is that an 8″x8″ square pan is NOT the same size as an 8″ diameter round pan.  (I felt a wee bit daft over that one.)

This cake was a donation to HAWC, a local group working against domestic violence.
